The Market
Who: Merchants, Reporters, and You
What: Open Market
When: M10 D27
Where: The center of town, near the resort
Notes & Warnings: Here is how the market works...
The open market is in the middle of town, and while the fresh vegetables are fewer this time of year the vendors are not short on warm or preserved foods for visitors to take part in. Concoctions in homey jars are on display, and lovely scents (and a few not so lovely scents) fill the air. It is cold out, though, and between winter's first good snow the sun is shining.
There are a few odd stands again. Harry Mudd, Jack Jeebs, and Xur have returned once again to sell their wares (but Xur has moved his location from last time, perhaps out of boredom?). They take emeralds as payment because they can buy things here and take them home to sell, so currency shouldn't be a problem.
Upsher and Doff don't seem to be around. In the meantime, there is a wonderful holiday celebration (and unexpected and very bizarre visitors later). The worst they'll do is startle people unintentionally, probably by just existing.
