Yeah, it is.
[He remembers Jacobstown. It was snowing there. He'd hated it. He looks Niko over properly once he asks him how the armour looks.]
Looks fine to me.
[Boone never really has cared much about what he's wearing, though. Armour is armour.]
Didn't you try on other stuff first?
